At Clean-Bliss, we understand schedules can change & unforeseen circumstances may arise. To ensure we can accommodate all of our valued clients, we kindly request that you follow our cancellation policy. Cancellations & rescheduling can be done through the website booking portal or requests can be made by email or text at kk@clean-bliss.com or 1(360)706-0022


  • Cancellations made withing 48hrs (2days) of the appointment may be subject to cancellation fee of $100.00 +tax.
  • No-shows may be charged up to $150.00 +tax of the scheduled service.
  • For cleaning services someone must be present at the scheduled time or access must be provided as arranged in advance. If we are unable to access the property, the visit will be treated as a no-show.


Any applicable cancellations or no-show fees must be paid through the pay link before the next cleaning appointment.


If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to find a new day/time for your cleaning. Rescheduling is not guarantee & is subject to availability.


If we ever need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning due to weather, illness, or other unexpected circumstances, well notify you promptly & work with you to find a new time that works best for you. You will never be charged a cancellation or no-show fee when we have to adjust your schedule due to circumstances on our end.

  • We use professional grade cleaning products. Eco-friendly / non scented options may be available upon request.
  • Clients must notify us in advance of any allergies or sensitivities.

We love pets, but for everyone's safety:

  • Pet should be secured or supervised during cleaning visits.
  • We are not responsible for pets escaping during entry/exit if they are not properly contained.
  • Please inform us of any special instructions regarding your pets.

pet accidents: We do not clean pet waste, litter boxes, vomit, or heavily soiled areas. Please address these before your appointment.

Supervision required: For safety reasons, children should be supervised at all times during the cleaning.

Equipment awareness: We use professional tools & products that should not be handled by children.

Nap times & schedules: If there are specific times or areas to avoid (like nap rooms) let us know in advance well do our best to accommodate.

  • Any accidental damage will be reported promptly
  • We will work with you to repair or replace damaged items when appropriate.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, improperly secured items or normal wear & tear.

To ensure a Safe & healthy environment for both our clients & cleaners, we kindly ask for your cooperations with the following:
If anyone in the home or property is currently sick, experiencing symptoms of illness, or has been recently diagnosed with a contagious condition, please inform us prior to your scheduled cleaning appointment.

Symptoms may include Fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, vomiting, diarrhea, or flu-like symptoms.

Based on the situation, we may request to reschedule your service or make special arrangements to protect us & other clients.

We are committed to maintaining high sanitation standards, & this helps us continue providing safe, reliable service to everyone.

We appreciate your honesty & cooperation. If you need to reschedule or have any concerns, please contact us soon as possible.
