At Clean-Bliss, we understand schedules can change & unforeseen circumstances may arise. To ensure we can accommodate all of our valued clients, we kindly request that you follow our cancellation policy. Cancellations & rescheduling can be done through the website booking portal or requests can be made by email or text at kk@clean-bliss.com or 1(360)706-0022
Any applicable cancellations or no-show fees must be paid through the pay link before the next cleaning appointment.
If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to find a new day/time for your cleaning. Rescheduling is not guarantee & is subject to availability.
If we ever need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning due to weather, illness, or other unexpected circumstances, well notify you promptly & work with you to find a new time that works best for you. You will never be charged a cancellation or no-show fee when we have to adjust your schedule due to circumstances on our end.

pet accidents: We do not clean pet waste, litter boxes, vomit, or heavily soiled areas. Please address these before your appointment.
Supervision required: For safety reasons, children should be supervised at all times during the cleaning.
Equipment awareness: We use professional tools & products that should not be handled by children.
Nap times & schedules: If there are specific times or areas to avoid (like nap rooms) let us know in advance well do our best to accommodate.
While we take care in your home:
In the event of an emergency (injury, fire, or property issue) we will:
1.Unsecured valuables (cash, jewelry, important documents)
2. Preexisting damage
3.Items not disclosed as fragile or unstable

If anyone in the home or property is currently sick, experiencing symptoms of illness, or has been recently diagnosed with a contagious condition, please inform us prior to your scheduled cleaning appointment.
Symptoms may include Fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, vomiting, diarrhea, or flu-like symptoms.
Based on the situation, we may request to reschedule your service or make special arrangements to protect us & other clients.
